20 Best Albums of the Decade (2000-2009)

It is that time of year, the time of year for "Best of" lists! So, I thought I would post what I consider the best albums of the decade. Now, keep in mind that I was unable to hear every album in entirety. Also, there are some albums that I would have liked to hear more than once or twice, such as, Radiohead's In Rainbows and Outkast's Stankonia (albums on many "best of" lists). So, give me your opinions on the best albums of the decade.

Here is my list of the 20 best albums of the Aughts:

20. Pedro The Lion: Control (2002)

19. Bob Dylan: Modern Times (2006)
